Default 11 weeks since flip - plant not ready for harvest? Pics included

    Hello

    This is my set up

    Secret Jardin HS80
Euro with Maxibright Compact & 400W Sunmaster Lamp
Maxiswitch 2-Way Light Controller (10A) With Grasslin Timer
RUCK Fan & Rhino Pro Filter With Standard Ducting - 5 inch (365m3)

I have x2 CBD one to one plants with an estimated flower time of 7-9 weeks. I flipped to 12/12 light schedule exactly 11 weeks ago and I don't think my plants look ready for harvest.

Growing in my loft I have suffered greatly with high humidty and low temps. Managed to get that sorted last couple of weeks. However I feel the last cold snap we had (U.K) has significantly slowed down their growth. Temps were as low as 11/12c with lights off. This was going on for a couple of weeks.

Would somebody please take a look at my pics and tell me what you think. The pistils are brown and curled however the trichomes are still clear.

I chopped some off as they turned yellow. There are still fan leaves on there just not very big ones

I was about to ask the same.....recently there’s been a lot of folk on here trimming before they chop..and whilst still in flower I wish they would all stop as it’s such terrible practice

Looks to me like she hasn't got enough leaves to push her over the finishing line

Also throwing out loads of leaf through the bud so either check for light leaks and hermie ing and or dial back on the N

tbh I think unless she has a good amount of fan leaves left, this is where she will basically stop mate

Yeah I was one of them. Was reading alot about trimming and how it would send more energy to the top of the plants to produce buds.. Forgetting the fact that plants use their leaves to collect the light

They look like they been way way over fed hence why you have a large ratio of small leaves...luxuriated growth by the looks of things

I'm going with the "guide em in the right direction" approach.

Sooner understand WHY rather than just what to do 😎

thanks. what does dial back on the N mean?

If they stop here you reckon any of it will be smokeable? Could I use any for oil?

The reason they have lots and lots of leaf to bud ratio is the plant can’t get rid of all the nitrogen they been fed they have to get rid some how so grow more leaf
