otherwise if different strains are growing, then they individually might need customized nutrient solution
is this really the case with rdwc? thanks.

I disagree, which I know others will say opposite, I do think you need to plant the strains that you plan on growing at the same time. Provided you are experienced in the system. I have grown similar strains side by side with no issues in the past.

have done it multiple times planted 9 seeds, must have been 3/4 different phenos with the same packet,
if you want identical/uniform plants that all feed roughly the same, clones/cuttings might be a better idea,

I am trying to remember the strains, think I grew blueberry and bubblious, they had the same growing traits, height, size, flowering times. There was a third but I forget now
I am not saying it is optimum growing but I have always like a variety of smoke, I would not randomly try varieties but did do some investigation prior to my selections.

It’s pretty simple, keep the feed to the lowest feeding plant, yeah the rest will get a lil hungry but I would have it that way more than too much nutes.
But best way is if you find a plant that yields well and is an excellent pheno then keep it as a mother and take cuttings from that then you will smash it, getting the right mother is everything, if the genetics are right and you look after her, you will get good stable yield time after time.
I’ve grown from seed and had rot, hermie, just plain crap weed with low yield, find a plant that stands out then re veg it and keep it, peace out

if you do anything other than a clone run, you will always be making a compromise.
different strains= different feed levels/ bloom times, feed strengths etc etc.
