Default Plant flopped to the side is she dead?

I woke up this morning to find my little buddy slumped over to the side the bottom leaves are as good as dead and rotted but the leaves above are alive and looking not brilliant but not too bad, apologies for the bad photos, any help will be massively appreciated.

Also inspect the stem at dirt level to see if it rotting as well( if overwatered) if it is, I would also add abit more soil to support the plant.

Do u have a fan on em??? If not the breeze will strengthen and straighten her back out. Also u can use a piece of straw a coupe inches long cut it down the side and wrap it around the stem to support it. Eventually the stem will outgrow the straw and she’s it off.
