Cutting at min so dropped cals slightly. Morning cardio on threadmill on empty stomach 30min max before go work
Eating protein every 3hours using me shakes to. Tryna keep carbs lower through day but load on them hour before gym see me through solid sesh.
Nothing better than hittin gym after stressin at work, clears me head goin gym
