    Default THC Weight lifting and Exercise thread

    I'm sure some of us on here do a bit of lifting or other type of exercise. Maybe we could share what we are doing and give each other some motivation.

    I have just had over 1 year off, six months due to tennis elbow and over six months due to laziness.

    Starting some free weights tomorrow, upper body, working my routine out just now so will post it tomorrow.

    Been hitin weights on an off for few years now after quit boxin years ago. Doing weight circuits at min with gym owner at min shit is brutal but luv it.

    Shoulder mon, back tues, legs wed, chest thurs, bi tri friday. Abs every other day at min

    Cutting at min so dropped cals slightly. Morning cardio on threadmill on empty stomach 30min max before go work

    Eating protein every 3hours using me shakes to. Tryna keep carbs lower through day but load on them hour before gym see me through solid sesh.

    Nothing better than hittin gym after stressin at work, clears me head goin gym

    I ride to work and carry all my groceries home by foot or bike

    I only started lifting around 4 years ago after spending many years running around the roads (long distance) like an idiot burning every bit of muscle I had on my body away. Now I never do more than 30 mins cardio or better still 20 min HIT.


    I can eat clean easy but Alcohol is my problem.

    Same as you I boxed many years ago. Light welter @ 9 stone 13lb and 5'9" tall. I'm now 14 st 3lb. Goal is to be 12 stone within 12 months.
