    It kinda takes a single mindedness to attempt one route over and over and over and over again till you've happy with it. Blood sweat n tears is all a part of it.
    Ya should get back into it kush, I've a boulder buddy who's in his 60s only started in 2016, never too late and it beats the gym hands down.

    Yeah man, I recreationally bodybuild (natural though so Im not huge at all) and Im a certified personal trainer and exercise science enthusiast. Also I'm doing a degree in exercise and health.

    had a small session today.

    10 sets of 20 reps of kettle bell gorilla cleans with two 32kg kettlebells.
