I soaked these 72 hours in a dark cupboard, prior to planting.
24 hours is what most say is maximum time. You be the judge.

Soaked them in water?? Any more than 24 hours in water mate drown the seed, they need air too. Max I'd do is over night in warm water, and you have to keep it warm

What about soaking them in fulvic or gh diamond nectar solution I heard it helps to soften the shell... has anybody tried that ?

Tbf mate, if they ain't popping, it doesn't matter what you try lol, try nothing, seeds useless, try something and kill it, seeds useless. I had a seed that refuse to pop once. Got left begun the rest that popped straight way. So I squeezed it, cracked the shell a little and tried again. That worked

I would not recommend 72 hours for seeds unless they don't pop, 24 normally but I have grown many seeds that have soaked well past 24. The above seeds started fine after 72. These were not hard to pop seeds but I done it specifically for the above picture. Agree on the warm part!
Bleach for clothes? Why would that help.. sorry for the noob question but I'm learning
