I would not bother with the castings and stick with the gh to the right ec and ph and I'm positive your problems will disappear.

Your mixing organic with hydro and organic nutrients aren't stable when you start messing with their ph.......

I'm using ionic one part feed in my current grow and it's all the plants need

Hey I'm just spitballing, is it possible that even know you are not flooding you are slowly getting a reading after a flood as it does take time for you rez to adjust, the article suggested this ph climbing is a good thing the +.5 wouldn't concern me as much as -.5. I would closely examine the plants and is they are happy, be happy. Keep monitoring them but I think we all do that anyway.

I have done more damage over the years trying to improve a healthy grow, instead watching it flourish.

I hope your Grow continues to be healthy, and you reap the rewards of your diligent care.

This is another good point and I will do that! I am also using the second pH pen now too.

    Thank you!
