    You feed every day mate. Thats why I say youll need half hour a day to mix feed and water them, if you dont have that much time, then soil is the route you should go... but if you can spare the time, coco is the shit! lol

    Hi & welcome

    Fellow UK noob here, I went the soil route as I work alot but I will say do some thorough research first as its like a sweet shop choosing your kit. I bought my original stuff and in the 2 months of being here, have upgraded EVERYTHING I originally bought, be very careful

    I have found a use for the upgraded kit though, 2 more growing enclosures

    I've noticed the exact same thing. I must of been walking around with my eyes close for so long, Didnt realise just how much goes into cultivation.
    Did you use HPS lighting? So many differing opinions and growing techniques .

    I do now along with CFL for cuttings/seedlings/veg, I also have two ballasts and 3 reflectors so might yet get a Metal Halide for Veg tent

    im getting my Digi Ballast in a few weeks with reflector. 400 and 600 w bulbs.

    Got 120cm x120cm x 230cm hydrlab gro tent. cant be making holes in ceilings as my Wife would cut my balls off and feed them to me!!
    Will a open window be adequate to expel the tent air via a fan and carbon filter?

    not starting my grow for a few weeks as we are due to go away for a week on our hols.

    Yeah that would be fine, big space you have so carbon filter in the tent and the extracted air will be smell free, vent it wherever

    Buy the best you can if you think you can get away with a six inch fan buy a eight inch. Buy cheap buy twice 🇬🇧
