Cool tube lighting

Is it ok to rig your cool tube light to your extraction? I am thinking of installing my inline fan directly to one side of the light using a fast clamp and some ducting leading to my carbon filter on the other side.

i did do it this way back with small tent, filter >tube> fan. it works like, but you need give inside tube little clean here an there from filter carbon dust. didnt bother the fan either infact i still use that little bastard now lol on a veg tent i think

Sweet mate. I’m growing in a 1.2m x 1.2m tent. What is the best set up when using a cool tube.

in that size tent i would run separate fan for tube an fan for filter, thats what i do for me coolhood when i put that in for me parabolic.

I extract through a slate vent. Which is positioned about 1m away from the tent.
