How are they doing and is it time to trim the bottem

Ok they have been on 12 12 for 11 days now I'm seeing loads of fem hairs and white pistols on only sum of the heads should I be seeing decent size buds by now also is it to late to lollipop as there are some low branches I'd like to loose plz help feel like something's going wrong y no nugz yet or am I just impatient sorry about the quality of the pics

1st 3 weeks of flower they will stretch lots and start to push out a few Pistils

After week 3 of flower they will slow / stop stretching and start pushing out lots of Pistils getting bigger and fatter

Im currently 8 weeks into flower so have been where u are recently with this grow

The 8-9 weeks are flowering times only. Doesn't include veg time or roughly the first 2 weeks of 12/12
