How much light will affect my flowering regime?

Hi. If I open my tent for 3 minutes to check on the girls while they sleep while on 12/12, will that make them not flip to flower? How much light is too much light?

Get yourself one of those green head lamps from ebay lad and you can stay in your room until the batteries run out.

Don’t go in at random times. A few mins before lights on is fine but don’t opening up any other time.

True dat, i'm unsure as I'm a noob but are weed plants not super sensitive to light? When it's night-time in the wild there is no light affecting them so surely there would be some negative effects maybe regarding the yield? I dunno.
