    Default Please assess my setup..

So I was told that my 45w LED panels would not be the best for my plants or at least not strong enough so I have decided to put a 130w CFL 6700k Veg globe in the middle of the two LED's to provide extra lumens and also heat as we are coming into winter here.
at all times these lights will be 50cm from the top of my plants.
my seeds arrived today from the UK and I am happy with how they look infact I have two germinating as we speak 1 gorilla glue auto feminised and 1 Sterling haze feminised, it seems as though they are starting to pop open within 6 hours I am going to my local hardware store now to collect Coir soil and also a few electrical supplies I am just wondering if this will work! in 2 weeks time I can order a 1000w LED grow light from online but I would have to disturb my plants to change the lighting equipment.
I was wondering if this would be an adequate setup for the germinating/recovery stage and also once I have germinated my Seeds do they go straight into a 5 gallon pot of coco or into a small seedling container of coco green containers in picture 1? thanks for your help again guys.

Lighting looks fine (to me) for early seedling stage.

However, as they are autos, definitely start them in their final 5 gallon pot, not the seedling containers.

Also, changing the light and adding in the LED won't disrupt anything.

like said above start them in there final pots, 10litre or so.

tbh i would upgrade the lighting to hps if you want some great results, plus starting autos under hps light gets them going much faster, remember these are on a race against time so the best light sooner is better imo.

you could use better soil imo to. canna terra is good or plant magic

Is sterling haze an auto? I think that might be photo. You can grow the auto and the photo side by side but the auto will not be getting as much light as it wants once you flip to 12/12 and it will effect your yield. The auto goes right into the final pot and the photo gets started in the small pot to get a rootball going before transplanting.

Unless she vegetates the photo for the full period of the auto grow? Not a total waste of time, as you get a staggered crop then.

Ended up taking the sterling haze out of germination as it’s not an Auto flowering plant and is intermediate hard to produce/grow.
I have two of the Autos now in damp paper towel awaiting taproots and then i will put them into their final growing medium 5galleon smart pots.
