Its good to keep an eye to not over-watering your plant, keep the rule of thumb by digging your finger into the soil and check the moisture. When you feel 1-2 fingers deep dry you can feed your babies, or do the same by checking the weight of the pot, it seems that the bed medium that u using keeps a lot of moisture, maybe u killing your plant's oxygen on the root system. Keep a working fan sending air directly to your pot or by moving, not so close to your plant so you will prevent bend, it will help with the aeration in the roots.

I got my whole grow kit for £175 on ebay

came with 600 watt duel spec bulb , hood , ballast
    1.2 x 1.2 x 2.0 buddah tent
    light hangers
    4" extractor and carbon filter
    50l coco
    coco feed

granted that its a basic setup but it works perfectly & Keeps the smells hidden .

If your going to do it atall you have to do it properly ,

There is no point growing under the wrong lights or in the wrong environment ,

You will end up with crappy amount of smoke for the money , risk and effort you put in ,

£200 to get Lots of ounces every harvest is well worth it in the end

No point taking it to flower now. You need to nurse it back to health before switching to flower. What type of soil are you using?
