quick question on over watering????

hey guys i have four plants in 6 gallon pots i usually water them every 4-5 days however i just watered them two days ago with no food and i noticed my plants are looking a little pale green no other signs of problems so i think there a little hungry would it hurt them if i watered them tomorrow instead of waiting the extra two days??? maybe give them just a gallon of food i usually give gallon of water first then give gallon of food when i feed and if just watering i give two gallons of water all ph????

Are you in compost ? And how old are the plants are you in veg or flower ?

growing in promix HP and using advanced nutrients flower products using all stuff at half dose and im in first day of week three of flower and theyhave been switched to 12/12 for about 4 weeks( always do a pre-flower for about 1 hf-2 weeks)
