Cannabis Seeds

I was thinking about growing my own seed (just one, for personal use). And I was watching the list of all the seeds, I was wondering if it was a big difference from one seed to another.
I'll make an example: is seed X more likely will grow with "less" thc than seed Y?

The main differences are taste, strength & type of high they produce, so, yup some seeds have the potential to produce more THC than others

So, is the strenght all around the same, maybe some are a bit higher than others, or seeds can make a HUGE difference? Like if I wanted to buy a seed from a legalized shop in my country (where you can use cannabis if it does not exceed 0.2% thc), those seed i suppose won't get higher than 0.2 thc? Or it depends on how i treat the plant. Sorry for these questions, just can't find anything online.

The seeds down at 0.2% are just hemp TBH, they'll never go over 0.2%

Often countries can sell seeds though... in the UK I can buy whatever seed I wish. It's just illegal for me to grow them lol

Lol same here in Canada the so called bird seed that term makes me chuckle.. Starting next month it's gonna be legal and u can grow 4 plants per house hold legally lol don't really mean nothing to me tho cuz I've had my permit for a few months now never gona end up growing 25 tho that just sounds like too much maintenance I can bearly keep up with my 6 lol it almost sounds like another wife to me or wives should i say lmaooo
