    Default overfertilization?

Hi all, I have a couple of nice flowers in my tent, but now there have been some changes on the tips of some leaf, on one of them.
Is there anyone here who can help me and see what it can be?
I have four plants and one of them have not begun to flower yet, but the other three has started. I think it may be overfertilization, but not sure. It's only one that have these signs, it's a Jack Herer.

    Have a nice day!
