Help are my buds to small

My plants had 40 days veg then switched to 12 12 was told not to count the first 3 weeks of 12 12 as flower but as stretch so IV now been flowering for nearly 4 weeks plus 3 weeks of strech plus 40 days veg I'm in serious doubt as to the bulk of my buds at this stage I really wanted to do an organic grow just water but I'm now going to add nutes do u think nutes are the solution . Sorry about the pics can't turn light of and get a pic it's to dark no flash pleas help also is there any feeds recommend from local garden centers ect thanks people
