Default Help are my buds to small

My plants had 40 days veg then switched to 12 12 was told not to count the first 3 weeks of 12 12 as flower but as stretch so IV now been flowering for nearly 4 weeks plus 3 weeks of strech plus 40 days veg I'm in serious doubt as to the bulk of my buds at this stage I really wanted to do an organic grow just water but I'm now going to add nutes do u think nutes are the solution Click image for larger version.

Need some lights off pics really mate, and you can get fully organic nuits, so you can still fed them.

If you run across one of these in your store, pick yourself up a bottle.
