You said you had the internal tent fan same cycle as your light, keep it on 24/7.

Bugs and rot etc love dark humid places, keep the air moving to avoid this, it’s really important.
At your discretion though, your space is tight and you’ve got to develop a keen eye to what the girls are telling you, this comes in time but it’s the key. Tc peace out x

Thanks, I thought the vents pushing fresh air in and the vents pulling hot air out would have been enough. I’ll switch it and keep the fan on aswell.

So I’m looking to upgrade my grow tent to make it somewhat bigger. I’m currently growing in a home made wooden box with Mylar in the inside. 18 inches length by 18 inches wide by 30 inc in height. I ordered a Secret Jardin Dark Street 2X2X5 Grow Tent. I’m currently running 2 ipower 300 watt LED. If 600 Watts im LED lights enough for this size tent or should I buy another light? If I should buy a new another LED light, should I get a 300,450, or a 600 watt?

I can't find online the wattage that this LED actually draws from the wall, but suspect it's in the 125W region....so x2 is 250W. in a 2x2, I guess it's doable, but if you can afford more light, get more light.

(BTW, the way this is listed on Amazon is borderline fraudulant, in my opinion. The reviews are mixed up with another product they sell (a tent) and to say this, "Rivaling the output of 1000 Watt Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium lamps, the iPower LED Grow Light consumes up to 80-Percent less power while providing your plants with the perfect blend of light for all stages of plant growth" is deeply miss-leading. It's a tenth of the power.)

Day 22, finally got a new bigger grow box. Now just trying to learn how to control the temp in this new box. Had it perfect before in the smaller box.

Nice tent but you need (at least) another fan circulating air and in that space.

They're not much online.

The lights appear inadequate and should surround the plant and be a lot closer to prevent stretching.

Thanks, what’s a good distance for LED lights, from what I’ve read 18-24 inches away from the plants is recommended. I currently have it at 18 inches.
