And apart from spraying with bug srpay (bayer garden, provado ultimate bug killer) i dont know what to do as the spray doesnt seem to be stopping htem and now they seem to be spreading at a very fast rate,

looks more like a spidermite infestation than Thrips but i thought that Bayer stuff did them too?
you've not been vigilant/thorough enough in eradicating the pests from your grow area, you need to do it in a cycle of spray once then leave for 3-4 days then thoroughly spray again, then leave for a couple of days and repeat again
you will eventually break the cycle of adult bugs laying eggs and then these hatching and carrying on the infection

Spider Mite damaged tends to look like speckley spots of silver/brown rust

Thrip damaged looks more like tiny little silvery slug trails

whatever it is... KILL KILL KILL!!!

Spinosad works great, but must do at least 2 applications about 5 days apart. Monterey Garden Insect Spray is what i use. Is omri approved can use in flower but should stop 9 days before harvest.

At the moment i'm giving them a weekly spray with sb invigorator, it says its organic and can be used on flowers. but bud rot could be an issue, so i keep the spray to the underside of the leaves.
Inbetween sprays i literally prene the leaves one by one squishing any mites, or larvae i see (takes fookin ages).

I think im controlling it, i took my eye of the ball for a few days and they spring back QUICK! but now i am a mite/thrip killing machine.
