For the extra 30 quid you get the 20L version 🤔 they both come with a 3 year warranty

The main differences between what I've found is either a thermoeletric type or compressor type.
The later being potentially louder, but ultimately much more efficient and probably better.
I didn't want that much vibrating above my head so I've opted for two tec ones.
The thermoelectric ones should do the same job but with less bang per watt.
Watt by the way would be a good indicator of how effective a thermoelectric dehumidifier would be, but a compressor based one may be rated in hp or something.

The desiccant type that you've bought kick out a lot of heat.
The air temp on the extract side of things tends to be around 10-12°C warmer than the room temp, they're normally used in environments where it's cold.
The compressor type only exhaust around 2°C higher than the air temp of the room.
That being said the compressor type tend to be cheaper to run and are used in warmer rooms.
Whereas if you can utilise the heat output of the desiccant type then they become more efficient.
