    Hey!

Would you suggest giving it some more days before I switch? Even weeks?
Before I started main-lining I read that at this point is when you want to switch, given the stretch associated (Though indicas are the best for this techniques because of the branching associated to Sativas).
Also as I pointed out to "n00b_gr0wer" who suggested topping again for 8 colas, im kinda worried that the plants get out of control, given the small amount of space i have (80x80 cms)

I think you will be able to controll 8 tops so that they fit with some breathing room. I agree with the others. You have got this done perfectly. Might as well finish it off right. Top again and go for 8.

pls excuse autocorrect. i am high of course.

Im not qualified to answer that mate as im quite new to this myself, but logic says that you want multiple bud sites not just what you have.
Now it may be that the other bud sites may come after switch (i dont know) but more colas (not too many) means more weed.
Someone with more experience will be along shortly to advise im sure... good luck mate your doing a great job so far

How much height do you have to work with? Once you hit 8 you can train them to grow into the space. Just tie them where you need them to be. A little height before flip is a good thing if you have the space to raise the lights.

    Hello again

2 days have passed since I prunned the plants and they are already pretty healthy again.
I decided to go with 8 colas in just 1 of tue plants (either the one in the middle or the one in the right) cuz I dont wanna overcrowd the space.

Here are some pics of today

    Default Update!

    Hello!!
It's been a while since I changed to 12/12 and the plants have shown their sativa side by stretching quite a lot. Also, lots of side-branching which I didnt expect; this have led me to beleive that this is not the most ideal strain for an indoor main linning set up (Haze in it, so yeah, I was a bit naive).
I decided not to top again, since I thought the tent could get overcrowded (which happened even without topping again).
Given the heavy side-branching and the heavy stretching, I ended up not following the original main linning plan and bent each branch.
I also deffoliated heavily, clearing path for small branches and keeping the plants from growing for a while. (need advices regarding this)
Without further add, here are some pics :

These are the plants prior to bending.

This is how they look after:

    So thats it until now.
Looking forward to hearing your opinions!

Nice mate! Lovey training, they’ll come on lovely! I’ve got four of these beans I wanna pop, it’s gonna be mainlined, or screened, seems like a lovely strain, got one going on right now, trains well and grows fast, I’m gonna need to make a mother out of this strain and do a proper crop with it next year.

Any thoughts on removing the remaining big fan leaves?
