See if you can find some of this, maybe under another name, if you are over sea's. These are just some Organic soil with worm castings, and peat and cow mix, no nutes in them. You might can find something similer to this in a feed store.

I was going to recommend 'living soil' only needs water from germination until harvest time.

Sohum Living Soil > if you google this you can find the soil easy.
