What is this?

I live in a place the that is cold and very humid. I need to run a 24hrs at max 15lt/day derumidifyer to keep 65%. i have 6 small plants and from the start they have some bug that kills only lower leafs and the edges of middle leafs.

Looking with a scope x40 all I see is small water droplets. When I goto x100 I can see its all eggs. they are all on top of leafs, non in the bottom. I can't find the actual bug. I don't think its Aphids as I had it last time and with 100x scope I can see there mouths moving when there very small.

I keep temp a cool 70f humidity 65% soil ph 6.5 800ppm

I tryed using to kill them:

Insecticidal soaps = helped 1 day next day it was much worse // 2nd try even worse then 1st
Neem Oil = helped a littel but the bugs are wining the war.
Spinosad = Did nothing
Diatomaceous Earth = is helping but bugs are wining.

Ya almost certain sounds like aphids..... You can order lady bugs, but this does introduce a new guest in your grow room..... they are harmless to cannabis tho, and will definetly eat the shit out some aphids. Neen oil is going to be your best bet, you just need to stay consistant with them. A good wash down with soap of the infected leaves, and give the top of your soil a good treatment also. There is a thing on here about a pepper spray you can make to control pests but I think that is more geared towards mites. Watch some of that shit, cause remember this plant will be smoked...... You NEED to get ahead of the problem now, and make sure once the plants are free of bugs that you take the plants out and give the area a goooooood cleaning. Best of luck. .

If Neem doesn't help then are you sure it is bugs? Do you have a pic that we can see?

I don't think it's aphids for 2 reasons.

A. cant find any under 100x no dead ones or alive

B. it only on top of leafs.

Oh shit after rereading.... aphids will show up on the bottom of leafs not the top. Aphids love the undersides not the top. Scope the unders real well, if u see it only on top then it’s not. From the pics those look like the start of trichomes maybe?

If normal why my leaf dying? Ive been doing same thing for almost 20 years and now all my plants keep dying.
