not in flower he cant.

apart from stickie sheets,theres isnt going to be a lot you can do during flower,just keep nipping off the worst leaves if you can.

thrips or leaf miner is my guess/stab in dark,have you also been tending garden with potatoes/tomatoes etc and then gone into tent without washing/putting gloves on?.

should be ok if harvest is ready in a week or so.

update: found the little fuckers (thrips) so thanks for the advice. found a spray for tomatoes that said once sprayed u can harvest in 3 days so going to chop tomorrow after spraying 2 days ago. Got the landlord asking me why i have changed the locks too and asking for a key so harvest couldnt come soon enough.
