I see that a few legit sites are selling very nice looking cbd flowers,they say that because the bud has less than 0,2 per cent thc it’s legal to sell in the uk,I’m thinking how can it be ok to sell cbd bud in the uk and Still not legal
to grow.your thoughts!

Completely agree. it would have to go through the same sort process.. to get the CBD yield. its absurd. there no over thinking about it, they're going against common logic/sense Purely with the business mindset.

I know CBD Oil is completely legal and a lot of places now sell it. As for strains containing high levels of CBD I'm thinking this would be quite risky. A policeman ain't going to buy it and you'll simply get a caution or worse arrested and charged but for a personal amount that is getting rarer and rarer nowadays. You could get them to test it and argue your case in court but is it really worth it for a few grams of weed?

All I can find so far is...

Hemp grown in the UK is supposed to have less than 0.2% THC levels to be in accordance with UK law, which brings the legality of these products into question. Hemp Botanics has so far been unresponsive to requests for clarification on this matter, although they do state on their website that the product is “legally EU-grown”.

I see it as a niche market, a bit like alcohol-free beer.

And in the event of a run in with the five-0, how is anyone to do a lab analysis on the now burnt up joint to prove that the THC is below the threshold? They'd just nick you for smelling of weed and perhaps even with the joint still in your hand. IMO Not worth it.

sweet,so we can all grow bud now as long as it’s got less than 0.2% thc.makes sense right! Ha ha.

I just got back from my local vape shop and he had a box full of cbd weed and hash that he said was legal as it was below 0.2 thc it all looked and smelled pretty good. Didn’t buy any but havnt seen that in shops before has something changed lately? Felt very illegal when other people walked in and I’m sniffing thru bags of Cali weed while he shouts it’s perfectly legal lol
