Default premixing coco nutes in res leaving white salts?

hi guys newbie so bear with me lol

I'm having trouble with my nutes I'm mixing 60L in a bin with an air stone.
Using ferro nutes coco a and b bloom, pk13/14 and bio crop#

so I'm adding a stirring well and leaving for 5-10 minutes then add b stir well ect same with additive.
I then put the lid on and leave it in till I need 10L il take out of my res bin into a bucket PH down then feed.
this 60L is only 6 days worth so its not sitting for weeks iv tried adding b first then a with no joy iv tried it with out the additives and still get the salt at the bottom of the res bin and on the sides where it has dryed from taking water out. so its left me puzzled the only thing I can think of is PH? isit possabile as the PH rise its causing the salts to appear? do I need to keep my res in a PH range even though it aint being fed to the plants till I take some out?

HELP please anyone thank youuuu x s

    bump

would anyone like to chime in its driving me nuts lol.
iv made another batch of nutes this time putting a in a separate 10L bucket then b in the res then add the 10L bucket to the res after 10 minutes mixing very well in between! Then I'm adding pk13/14 and bio crop after. Also iv PHed the res to 6 to see if this helps also. TIA

I do use turpinator but don't add that in the res I add that before I feed.

thanks for your reply hmm so what about the bottom of my res bin? even when I'm half way through the 60L there looks to be a pile of it at the bottom? I just got an email back from ferro and there reply was

It is advisable to set your pH when you make a new feed vat.
If you do this afterwards, then you have to know that the first salts turning into solids with a pH of >6.4.
Further on, if you are using an air pump, then you have to realize that several chemical reactions will take place. Also the pH will rise continuously.
If you take one bucket from, for example, 5 litres of the feed vat and leave it without the use of an air pump you will probably not have any white salts on the bottom.

the feeds are salt based and ph always drifts, after a grow i literally had to scrape the white salt build up of my rez tank,
i've never seen actual salt crystals but definitely get a white build up on the sides/bottom

i haven't used ferro so good job on mailing them to get there opinion,

iv used house and garden and ferro now and both seem to form white crystals at the bottom but I don't ph the water in till I take say 10L out of the res then I will PH that 10L before feeding. do you think I don't have enough air pumping through my stones so its not mixing very well maybe?

It would surprise you how fast it can be to mix daily... I can almost do it without checking anything as I'm that used to it... but I changed the PH down that I use so have to do a final check
