looking for a good mix for my pots&how often do i feed compost tea?

hey guys,i could use some advice on soil and food please?
soil.
i was going to go with potting sand,perlite,shredded coco&a little azos once i put her into her final pot,with either perlite or coco croutons on the bottom of my pot....
im sat reading "true living organics" thou and it says using coco fiber in a soil mix can lead to a build up of bad salt?
have any of you guys experienced this? and if so do you have any advice on what i should be useing instead of shredded coco??

im also looking for help with my feeding regime?? i want to use worm casting compost teas for each stage of her life but dont know how often to use? this book says once a week yet ive read other stuff that says use tea every 3/4 days so again any help would really be appreciated...

once a week is fine but i know others that do it twice a week. add a little kelp meal,neem meal & fulvic acid to that compost for some special stuff.
