Lemon amnesia haze an jack herer attic grow

So I've gone up to my pals house where the grow is an ice spotted a few big problems first one is the haze which is nearly 9 week old I think,anyway the plant has grown too close to the light an it's burned a little bit of bud on the top so I moved the parabolic reflector higher but when I plugged it back in the ballast an it just makes a static noise no power is going to the hood or bulb the fuse isn't blown in plug or in ballast so I've had to put it under a crap mars hydro dual 600watt ,can any9ne tell me what's wrong with the light need an answer fast, an my other problem was with the jack herer I topped the plant one the 5th node back in seedling stage but I've looked at it today an it looks like I did it wrong cause the main cola is grow a lot taller then the others

The haze(the big one)is doing well will be 13 weeks old soon an has start to get a few brown hairs so I have started to flush it (started yesterday) an going to carry on until she's ready,the jack herer is doing good aswel all looking strong an healthy no problems so far

Thanks wanting to move them into a smaller tent soon , seems a bit much 2 plants in a 2m tent was going to put 4 in a 120,120 with 2 or 3 lights

More room they got to grow the better man. I tried 4 in a 1.2x1.2x2.0, with an extra light. The yield I got from 2 in the room with 1 light was as good as I got with 4 in same room with 2 lights. Not worth the extra Electricity.

Plants look sweet.

Have cropped it now as I spotted a bit of mold an didn't want to risk it an I'm going to try a few more plants instead of a few more lights tbh, going to get loads more equipment this time round tho creeping up to winter slowly

Well I ended up buying a new ballast an it still didn't work so I just thing it's the bulb now tbh
