Default Good or bad bug on cannabis plant?

Hi guys, my first post here, but been reading for a while 😄
So this is my first grow, outdoors and yesterday I spraied my three plants with neem oil as i noticed spidermites. As I was watching my plants today I noticed this larva. Do you know what it is? Is it bad? My first thought was a very young ladybug but they should be black right? I’m attaching some pictures, it was biting me at the time of shooting 🤔
    Thanks for answers.

Looks like one of the stages of thrips mate. No good, let the top inch of your soil dry out between watering if you can, that’s generally where they come from. But if you’re outdoors it’s tough to keep them off. Just keep spraying and prevent what you can

Aphids or thripes tend to have larger masses bodies.... this one looks like a flier.... check for eggs or larvae under the leaves and throughout foliage if she’s all u find u will be good. Neem oil should take care of it either way.
