Seedsmans strawberry banana grape

D17 for this lil fruit cocktail, despite her being a little slower then the others to begin with.. She is starting to pick up a little now, she was transplanted yesterday into a 5l pot of biobizz lightmix and the pictures I have added are from today, she doesn't seem to have taken on any stress from the transplant so hopefully so continues to progress well, I am still just using plain water and add it bio silicon once a week and will continue to do this till she is around 6 weeks old. After being transplanted she sits around 4" tall, besides this though there isn't much else to update at the moment!

Week 4 for this strawberry banana grape!

Before I do this update I should add that the previous pictures I have just updated for week 4 were because Igor got to do the update so thought I would add the pictures before I update for week 5.

So over the past week this strawberry banana grape has progressed quite well, at the start of this week she was transplanted to a 20l pot and then I began some low stress train, a few days after she started swelling around the bend so I am hoping she fatten up well and becomes a nice and strong. She is starting to even out now too. The led I am running doesn't seem to cover everything evenly in the tent like I was expecting so I am going to be swapping the led for my 400w hps to finish veging, being 5 weeks in I am a week from introducing nutrients and then 2 weeks later will be flipping to flower!

So during this week I have split up the 7 strains I am running, so that the indica dom/hybrid strains are sepperate to the sativa Dom strains and I have done this to avoid the plants from competing with each other for light ECT.. all strains seem to be displaying roots at the bottom of the pot after the first week of transplant so I am pretty happy with her progress up to now, some of the girls have started displaying some fading/yellowing on a few lower fans so on day 41 I introduced bio grow for the first time at quarter strength and the pictures for this update have been taken on the same day. She has filled out quite nicely since my last update and now has a fairly even canopy so training has gone well so far. Due to the fact that i have now split everything up, I am not too keen on the idea of running both hps lights to veg with in the same area due to the heat issues it will cause so because of this, yesterday (d42) was my last day of veg, he actually spent 24 hours in the dark and today they were flipped to 12/12, so my update for week 7 will be of her first week in flower! so we have now hit the first week of the flowering stage, the girls had there first day of 12/12 on wednesday.. and the pictures were taken yesterday (d46-4days into 12/12) this strawberry banana grape is still coming along pretty well, growth is starting to noticeably increase as she starts to go into the flowering stretch, and she started displaying sex exactly 6 weeks in, the pictures don't really do her much justice but she has filled out nicely so far and is getting quite wide and bushy. i have done some light defoliation on her and will do so again when necessary, i am also going to strip off some of her lower growth to help her throw more energy into the top of the plant, hopefully she maintains a nice even canopy during this stretch phase but if not then i will lightly tie her biggest tops down a little well the rest play catch up. this plant already has quite a sweet aroma and its already getting pretty pungent so i am rather looking forward to the improvement of this once she is actually budding! there isnt really much else to report at the moment, so till next time!

So the pics for this update were taken yesterday (d11 of 12/12), she hasn't stretched a great deal so far and the pictures don't do her much justice but she has filled out more and and is showing plenty of preflowers, towards the end of this week i am going to introduce bio bloom and I have also added a top dressing of dolomite lime (recommended with biobizz soil). All in all though she seems content so am still happy with her progress and look forward to seeing her flower!

D19 of 12/12.. over the past week she has continued growing well.. have done some light defoliatiin as she was getting quite bushy.. growth is starting to slow down a little now that she is developing buds but she is still going.. on their next feed I am going to slightly increase the dose of nutrients. She is smelling quite strong at the moment, really sweat and fruity.. So hoping she tastes just as nice when she is done! Not really much else to update at the moment so till next time!
