White spots, 7day old plants
So I checked my babies today and have now noticed 2 of them have tiny white spots on their leaves, this has happened since yesterday. Also on one plant I noticed 2 full stop sized white bugs on a leaf (typically they have now vanished so I can't get a pic) are these spidermites?
I used the infirmary template below.
Does this seem like a deficiency or infestation, and what can I do?
First time growing, they are destined to be planted outside in my guerrilla spot if that makes a difference?
Thanks in advance for everyone's help

Ive had 2 fastbuds strains have weird markings at first or sometimes and even on all leaves throughout the grow but both plants showed good vigour, If the plants growth isnt affected I wouldnt worry about this one for now and see how or if it progresses later.

not a lot there but yeah looks like gnats, time to get some sticky cards nearby, can examine the bugs at leasure then as well as slow down their cycles. and brush up/plan on how youre going to deal with a larger infestation,as good chance more will showup.
if the dots on leaves start to show more silvery than white then thrips possibly.
need to look very closely at the underside of the leafs

Its always good to have a magnifying device, and use it to look under and over the whole plant. Someone spoke about yellow sticky traps above and I second that as a good choice.

I third that advice on the yellow cards mate. whetheryou have bugs or not its wise to have them to keep an eye on what is getting in your grow
