As for the Purple bud, not good

Leaves are deteriorating real bad. Have checked for bugs, there's nothing I can see with the naked eye.

Looking at the surface of the leaves they are shiny in between the veins and as you can see whatever it is goes right through to the back

    This is heat stress

There’s a touch of it on your purple bud too

How’s the temps in there? Do you have a decent fan blowing across the tops taking away the heat from the bulb?

There looking good, the extra feed has worked a treat. You shouldn’t need to up it now it should stay as it is for a while. Especially with the more regular feeds.

The purple bud looks to me like some sort of ph issue. Let’s nip it in the bud now and flush the pot. Put 3x the pot size of straight tap water through her. Stick it in the bath or shower and flush away. Once it’s drained put a ph,d feed through it to replenish what you’ve taken out via the flush. This should reset the ph and get it back on track

Think I might have mixed up a pic or 2 there, the clawing is def only on the one plant. Temps are actually quite cool in there, they vary from 22-28. I did the hand test with the light and didn't feel at all hot but I'll raise the light a tad to be safe.

Yup will get on that flush shortly. 15L pots so will put 45L through.

Back with an update in the morning 😊

Average temps may be ok but you might have an hot spot in there your unaware of. Best to double check Mrs or stick the fan where the effected area is.

Yes on the flush. No need to be exact, somewhere around 40L will do fine.

No problem on the update catch you tomorrow

Purple bud looking dismal but she's had her flush and feed now so will see how she responds.

The Dinachems are looking fine. Got the one out into natural light to photograph. Am continuing to bend and tuck the fan leaves out of the way of the lower growth

Out of interest it was the canna coco professional plus you bought wasn’t it?

Once the 2 new tops grow out where you topped, tie them down to the pots to send the plants energy into the other shoots down below

Not pro plus no, just Canna Coco. What's the difference with the Pro plus?
Will do (tie down those branches).

Ah that explains a lot and helps me no end

The Cana coco proffesional plus is heavily rinsed and pre set to the correct ph range. Exactly what we needed for a flying start

The Cana coco natural is only lightly buffered and aimed at growers that like to pre set the medium to there own liking. So basically the ph isn’t set and to be set before use.
