It's officially fucked. My fault entirely. Sorry all. New seed in tonight. And new diary.
Feel free to delete this thread rather than it count towards the total...

Just a figure of speech, dynamite - to 'top and tail' is just an expression. What I meant, really, was to top and then train the branches out.
I've not had the heart to chop her yet but I have planted another seed...now watch Sweet Tooth #1 revive herself...

Don’t chop her herb! She is far from a gonna. It’s either not enough water, or too much, and looking at the medium it may be too much. Let that medium really dry out, it may take five six days, but let it dry out good, then water again. See if she looks up. Keep her and try and fix it whilst you have the space

Appreciate the words, Macky but whilst she’s not yet chopped, the end is close.
I’ll have a look in the morning but the stress has already been high. Too high.
The soil isn’t right and with space at a premium, I shouldn’t be taking chances on short cuts.

I agree with Macky. With a container that big and a small plant it is easy to overwater. Can also be easy to fix. Just takes 7 days thereabouts to find out.
I'll keep her going for now, but t'ain't gonna work. The soil is dead, too compact, and doesn't drain properly and as a result, it's retaining too much water.
With a 3 to 4 plant space, I can't afford to nurture plants in shitty soil.
That said, based on the above, she's still alive, just, and I have planted another ST in fresh soil with extra perlite...I honestly cannot see a recovery from the 5 week old one, though.
Chuck old soil - it isn't worth the effort.

Yeah, no needs, good to know.. Thanks & sorry, i think when problem is the soil, the best is trasplant, meaning about veg stage of course... in this time stage is a shit, the worst time to get probs... If the damage is too great must assess whether it is worth the effort and time.. wishing the best with your decission!!
