    Default Humidity

I watered this morning and the weather is awful and humid so my lights are out and the humidy is now 87% is that gonna hurt my seedling ??? I have a mini dehumidifier I bought for flower but it needs charging plus I cant really go into the box at the moment.

Cool !! Yeah I bought a Probreeze mini dehumidifier ready for the flowering stage as the box is always above 50%. Not sure if it will do the job but I cant get anything else in there really. Thanks Joker I wont worry then

Thanks man that reassuring !! I bought this one as it was the biggest pc case I found. Life would be easier in a normal set up but its just not possible for me and my situation.

You can only work with what you have got mate.

As joker said it's flowering when humidity will be an issue.

Id do a trial run with your de humidifier.

See what you can get it down to, how long it takes to fill up and heat it puts out. That type of thing.

Better to know what you are dealing with now so when flowering comes around you will be ready!

Thats a good shout ben !!! I will get it charged and do some testing on it next week. Its a mini one so no heat (silica). But would be good to know how well it works and how quickly it turns green and needs charging

That's it Gaz, get it figured out now and no panicking during flower. You'll know what you have to do.

The trouble is with this set up is the lights and fans are all on or all off and there is no way of running the fan with the light off other than unscrewing the bulb every day (may well be happening lols) . Thats why I got the dehumidifier straight away. What Im hoping is because im autoflower and the cycle is 20/4 all the way the fans arent off for very long so the dehumidifier should sort the issue as well as keeping the box lower with lights on also. The other issue is the mini dehumid needs charging to dry out which takes about 10 hours so I may need a second one and rotate them.
