    Think so mate.

Don't think it's had a chance to be a deficiency!

I would maybe do a few of plain waterings. Make sure you get around 20pct run off. (some say 10pct)

Be careful with nutes, mine gets nutes maybe 10 days if not 12. And mine is into day 70 odd!

Less is more. You can always add nutes you can take em away

Remember tho if ur feeding every 2 days you will get burned... You wont realise the nutes are still building up.. To avoid this do this... Feed nutes. Then 2 days later tap water only at a ph of 7 or so slightly alkaline is great in soil wont hurt em. Its above the nute uptake ph range. then 2 days later use ph water at 5.8 to use previous nutes left in soil ... Then 2 days later repeat... Works wonders...

soil buffers the ph to around 7 usually, u adding 5.8 won't last before it's buffered back within the 7ph range

those first oldest leaves always drop off Very quick
    especially under artificial lights

burnt new growth, leaf edge cupping both signs of nitrogen toxicity

also in the original Op, they said 'mild' nutrients every 2 days, that doesn't sound overly excessive

Thats right but there is only a need for a short period of low ph the nutes at the low end are needed less that others at higher range

Going to 5.8 just opens the full range up for a small period of time iv had no deficiency

definitely didn't waste anyone times mate,
as with every post i make it's just my opinion based on past growing - even using a 600w those oldest leaves yellow/die,
having your own guess tbh on a post without pictures is like nailing smoke to a wall lol
