Unsure when it's done

First grow and I'm not sure when it's ready, auto not sure of the strain. It's taken a he'll off a long time to get to where it is, I'm not daft i know it's not going to have a great yield and it's stretched like crazy. I've just left it in a greenhouse and fed and watered it, dealt with catterpillers and have had trouble beefing the buds up. Also can anybody tell me when I should flush it? Thanks
