help! are these 5 week old fems flowering?!

They are 10 plants. 16 on and 6 off since the first 2 weeks of 24 on and 0 off.

They look like they are starting to flower on the tops, does anyone else see this? Also how do you think they look size wise?

They have one 600 mn bulb above

They will be moved and another 600w bulb added today. They have been in quite small pots and today will be moved to 3 gallon ones. Could this affect the size if they have been too long in smaller pots? its been 5 weeks, also could this also cause flowering early if they reach a max too early on pot size?

sometimes some strains will throw alot of pre flowers when they are ready to be switched over usually a good sign. this strain im runing right now did the same thing to me i was blown away how many pre flowers i had still in 18/6 just keep an eye on them ive never heard of plant flowering on 18/6 fully unless autos

i wudnt say so tbh, i see no pistils either.
