The cheese may be ok, the mould spores need to get into the plant via an injury. So if it hasn’t taken, and there hasn’t been any recent snaps or removal of leaves, it may be ok. Some strains are also more resistant than others and airflow matters too.

If it need more time, try and give it more time, remove the rot, and be vigilante as fuck for any more developing

Read the plant, not the instructions on the bottle.

Thanks guys, no recent injuries or trims so that’s made me feel a little better- I was planing at least another week or so..

I’m literally just hoping for the best until the end of these now so time will tell. To be fair the stuff I’ve taken off looks and feels pretty good- stinks too so fingers crossed.

All fans are on max and ventilation will be my next upgrade

Sounds like you got it handled well! Early detection and removal is key. Still got a nice harvest to come. Just keep things clean and stay on it.

Do you know the RH in your groom? Gotta keep an eye on that as well as venting.

Dude I know I say it a lot but I wouldn’t even be trying this without this place and everyone’s input- if not posts on my threads the amount of reading material in unreal. I’ve read enough bud rot posts but I’ve had a bit of everything this time haha

Cheers for the kind words- hopefully salvage some at least

It’s been hitting 55% with this weather to be fair- hopefully the plans to help the ventilation will help too. I bought a 12l dehumidifier but it makes the temps go over 32oC with the heat it kicks out

Plan to box over the window and have the intake from there- can’t really cut holes in the ceiling so I’m gonna stick a vent on the door for the exhaust as it’s out into a small open landing with huge window I can leave open

Good thing is _teapot_ matey (If there is a good thing at the moment) , you've probably experienced the lot, so will know the signs next time and be able to sort it before it becomes an issue

    Good luck...

Have you tried using the dehumidifier outside the tent? Lower by a few points would be nice right now.

You will soon learn that whilst summer is a bitch to grow in, winter has just as many fun issues

Haha I suppose so- still soooo much to learn and that can go wrong though- all part of the fun and learning curve 🤙

Yes that was the plan but it’s a pretty small room it’s in, I’m thinking of ways to join it with the exhaust fan. I’ve opened the vents and even left the door half unzipped for now
