    Default Smell problem

I have nothing growing and no lose bud around-it's all in jars, 2 0z of bud. But my house bloody reeks! The minute you come in it stinks like weed. Had family over the other day and they could smell it. I though mason jars were airtight?!

Any tips for stopping smells leaking out? Was going to tape the jars up, buy i need to burp them for another few days still.. Need to use some ONA gel maybe..

At this time of year when people have doors & windows open then their should be no issue at all...

Whilst a possible waste of tape, tape the jars & see if that makes a difference. I've had two strains here that went past jar seals (and 2 only!) One was Chiesel & the other was Knightsbridge - and they both bloody stunk lol

They are the jars with a kind of ceramic lid with a rubber seal and the metal clasp thingys on them. Just bought them the other day. I'll try taping them. I have no experience of growing before this so i cant judge if this is a particularly stinky strain. It's Auto Brooklyn Sunrise from Dutch Passions. All of the windows around the house are open, but the smell seems to be focusing right in the hall near the front door. Just the place you dont want it!

Your jars have a leak man so not airtight. I had the same thing. I thought they were sealing but reaked.

I popped on another rubber seal(doubled up) and did the job. I doubt taping would work

Edit: Didnt read that about smells going through seals haha bury em!!!

Put a smear of vaseline round the rim or some self adhesive draught excluder strip, then clamp down the lid
