do as above said and cover and cut the bad bits away ,

But much more important than that is addressing The RH with a dehumidifier , If you dont then it will just keep growing on all plants !!!

Also if you have high temps you should address them if that an issue with an AC unit or extra air movement / extraction

Probably for the best chopping the plant with bud rot mate. Don't want to ruin your whole harvest.

Imo I'd take all the plants out of your groom. Clean from top to bottom.

I usually use abit of pure grain alcohol and water in a spray bottle to thoroughly clean. This should kill and germs/mould. After cleaning, make sure you ventilate the groom.

    Best of luck bud!

imo jut get a weeks worth of flushin before chop, it would take few more weeks for the spores to impact the buds.

wen ever i have had the dreaded grot, few times tbh. plastic bag over effected buds, then start flushin asap as long as there are sum nicely developed buds.

Tip for next time around to catch it early , I always check the little sugar leafs if they go yellow when the plant is healthy its a sure sign that rot s starting , I find this Is the quickest way to ID rot before other visable signs reach the surface !
