When’s the best time to defoliate? I’m currently second day of week 2 flower ? And my girls are getting bushy

i wud get it done before week 3 mate. you dont wana stall them as they go in to flower. i always do bits week 1 an week 2 after flip.

strip bottom quarter or bottom 3rd (lollipoppin them) anythin that aint made it up top can be removed coz if its a jungle you wont get good light penetration, then thin out the top canopy ready for flower how i do it anyway bro
