drying bud smelling like fresh cut grass

hi, right i have a bunch of big buddah blue cheese autos they are firstly tiny im gonna be lucky if i get a quater or half ounce from each plant,
now one of my plants suddenly went hermaphrodite and started showing pollen sacks so i isolated the plant salvaged what little buds it had which now they have dried somewhat they are weighing in at a total of hmmmmmm 2 grams ffs lol
but when i cus them they stunk of blue cheese now they are smelling like freshly cut grass ??? is this normal ??? i know i need to cure them but is the smell supposed to go and change that drastically ???

Don't panic. They nearly always smell like drying hay. The smell will develop again in curing jars.

Whilst they’re drying they ain’t gonna smell pukka, when they are dry, like really dry, not nearly dry, ( the stems at THE BASE OF THE BUDS must snap) they’ll smell better. And after a week of curing in jars, it’ll be pukka.

Your biggest mistake here was not being more involved mate, with more input from you, all of us here would have got you a smashing harvest, don’t make the same mistakes with the next one

Yeah brother the smell will change during curing and if cured correctly you get your nose in there when you break a bud open OMG i can smell it now, well worth waiting for mate, all the best, G'.

lol as it says in my post they are only just started budding and one turned hermaphrodite so i took it out of the room and salvaged what little bud there was which turned out to be 2 grams lol still a little teaser of whats to come when i harvest the rest, but to be fair it aint gonna be a huge haul cus they are autos and they are fuckin small

when you say small, how small do u mean? i got an auto going, shes pretty compact but shes budding up quiet well, i think i might get close to 1.5 ounce of it,
