Answered: Harvest timing question
Yeah so I’m over reading things again.
Looking through my loupe I’d say the majority or trics are clear and cloudy (more clear), with only one or two amber. Over all by eye and all the white hairs have turned brown bar a few... am I leaving it too long or should I crack on? I didn’t make note of the date but i think it’s around now. I’ll get some pics tomorrow if needed

Depends of the type of high you're after. The more amber the more couch lock. I think the most common ratio I've seen people flush and have st at is 10 to 20% Amber.
I literally saved that picture to my phone earlier 😊😂. I spend too long watching YouTube videos in the bath... so I can pretty much ignore the hairs and just to by the pretty colours?
Does that picture go with all strains or rough guide?

Just googled it and yes there is lots that appear not to amber off ?
To be fair the main reason I ask is because I’m noticing some trics without the ball on the ends. Hadn’t noticed them before and don’t wanna go too far 🙈
I always see that and thought its because im clumsy 😋 brushing off the buds and breaking the trichs?!?
You ideally want to harvest when the triches are ALL cloudy. When they're amber, it's a sign of THC degradation. You wait for 10-20% amber because it's the best sign that ALL triches are then cloudy.
That having been said, not all strains' triches go amber so you have to hope that as many as possible are cloudy before flush/harvest.
Clear triches = paranoia
Cloudy triches = 50/50 head and body high
Amber triches = couch lock
