LST recovery period ????

So I did a little more LST on the girl last night at 8pm (see pics). At 12pm she was already looking back up at the light. Checked on her this morning and shes ok (other than the cal mag def which will be dealt with soon) but the growth seems to have stopped/slowed in comparison to what it was. My question is does the plant have a recovery period after training ?

It shouldn't really affect growth, Gaz...you sure it's not just because it's growing a bit flatter now rather than up?

That said, that stem does look very flat - did you have an anchor on it?

Yeah shes anchored from the first bout of LST on day 20 which she responded to fine. Thats when I bent the stem over 90 degrees. Yeah I may just be being paranoid and impatient and expecting to see too much.

LST'ing should not need much more than a few hours, I've seen heads that were pulled right down to the pots edge recover after 6 hours.

Hi Loki,

Yeah the head came back up after a few hours and is pointing at the light again so thats a good sign I guess. Just seemed like there was very little new growth over night. Im sure Im just being impatient mate. Ill give her a feed tonight and hopefully there will be some noticable progress and I will feel better. Im just a bit pararnoid my LST was not well done and Id messed it up.

This was my first time LST'ing with my current grow.Apart from a few vids and reading some comments on here,i pretty much felt my way around and found it really enjoyable actually. At first i was shitting myself everytime i tied something up thinking it would snap but its suprising how much abuse she could take,(relatively.) And like others have said, the heads can turn back up really quickly! Sometimes I was having to tie her up twice a day! (which sounds dodgy as fuck outta context
