Can you grow marijuana indoors if it is banned outside? Why this medicine from mother nature is made illegal despite its medicinal benefits is something which is really sad.

Growing in the UK is illegal inside or outside. It's just easier to hide it inside your house lol.

The law is an ass, out dated and misinformed. The new problem is the authorities trying to make it legal are not the people we want making the rules.

We are all best off growing our own and keeping ourselves to ourselves. If it's legalised then it will probably be more difficult to do what we all do on this forum 😞

Why do you say that Ironman? Why do you think it will be worse for the forum ?

Not so much the forum but for us Percy growers.

There's no way on earth the government will legalise recreational weed or cultivation without making us pay for it.

There will be some kind of taxation on what we grow and probably a harsher punishment if you get caught growing with out the proper "documentation" that the government will set up.

Whilst it would mean being able to spark up when and where you want it will also mean you are smoking weed you've paid tax on. I see £50 a gram minimum coming from pharma company's.

Imo we need medicinal cannabis legalised and easy to get for those who need it. For those of us who smoke because we want to, the best we can hope for is decriminalisation rather than it being made legal. If it's decriminalised then we won't have to worry about growing smoking or giving some to our mates. If it's legalised we will have huge hoops to jump through and probably be worse off imo.

Yeah Id not thought of it like that really, make sense what your saying. They arent gonna be ok with losing revenue while people grow their own and they will probably be harsher coz they always are when it comes to money and tax. Interesting thought that mate.

I used to think that I wanted legalisation in the UK until I joined this forum and had a few discussions about it. What we percy growers need is decriminalisation, not legalisation.

Look at the things you enjoy doing
It's either the government or company that wants to have deeper rummage in your pockets
Fancy a pint after work? £3.70 here
Petrol here jumped from £1.19 a litre to £1.29 and piss all mentioned on the news for the hike
Cigarettes and tobacco, well we all know about those prices, I used to buy 10 cigs a day but now you can only buy 20,s ( experts say my health will get better because I won't pay it) now I'm smoking 13-15 a day
And this week amazon saying no longer 20% discount on pre orders now they have destroyed the high street
So just my opinion but I'd prefer the government just allow it for medical like the recent cases in the news and leave this hobby alone as they got their bastard hands in all me others
A democratic government is the worst type of government.... Except for all the others

That's the end of today's episode of the daily politics

as with america mate, the blackmarket is a wash with weed in the recreational states
i don't see legal weed changing much for percy growers unless caught or you 'register to grow/tax'

still won't be worth the £$ prosecuting someone with 4 plants at £30k upwards expense every time

In Canada the laws pertaining to growing are federal but the provinces can make amendment's. The federal law states we can grow 4 plants (total.. regardless of the life cycle of the plant). No restrictions.

Some provinces are banning growing outdoor while others are banning outdoor growing in specific communities.

I haven't heard of anywhere in Canada that requires you to register for a rec grow. Medical is different
