Question should water be PH'd for soil?

there seems to be mixed feelings towards this and its left me a bit confused.

should water or nutrients be PH'd before given to plant?

some say no as the soil balances the PH itself, some say yes or the soil will get ph lockout.

having a few issues with the lady and its only a few weeks left till harvest

symptoms are pointing to phosphorus deficiencies but when I feed I get nute burns,
before feeding i flushed her to fix the lockout, so pretty lost here.

she's getting CANNA bio flores at 10 per 5 ltr(packet suggest 40ml per 10 ltr) and time to time seaweed extract

10ml of anything is to much. No matter what the nutes might say. I wouldn't give them more than 3 or 4 ml from now on. And No on the PH of water. Never ph water in over 10 years, and never showed a problem.

I think alot of people get confused .

Yes soil will regulate its own ph and buffer it to a range ,

The nutrients you use though thats where the difference is ,

For example im using mills line and it can be used in soil > coco or hydro

Now it doesn't matter what the soil ph is , We already know that coco / hydro nutrients are fed between 5.5 > 6.4 and regardless of the medium you use ( soil or coco) them nutrients are still only fed in that range as thats the way they are made !!!!

If you were feeding the soil to feed the plants then the ph doesn't matter as your feeding the soil and that buffers itself , Also if your nutes are made for soil only they dont need adjusting as they work the same way .

so from what ive learnt in simple terms

If nutrient is made for soil dont adjust
If nutrient is for hydro > coco > soil then it will need adjusting

and here I was squeezing lemons into my lady
Im only giving her organic feed, it even says on the back of the CANNA bio flores PH doesn't need to be acidified but I watched so many videos without clear instructions i did it anyway

My PH out the tap can be as high as 10, so I PH to 6.5 in soil. Call it OCD.

10 is above the maximum acceptable limit for UK tap water. You should refer back to your supplier....
