You will also need to check the plant vigorously, check all leaves & stems, the stems are the roads the mites take to spread around the plant, if confirmed, there are many treatments available

Would they look quite mite and eggs look quite large under 60X magnification?

Im just not sure mate at all. Im tempted just to chuck some preds in there for peace of mind lol.

I would go for the predator mites while the plants are small, chances are they will eat them all & you'll be sweet.
I'm not sure how they'd look under a 60x, I have a usb scope that shows them at 500x. Would probably look similar to the pictures.
Will cal mag spray hurt the preds as I have cal mag problems so nees foilar feed to stay organic. Im still not 100% but I have concerns so am probably gonna get some preds just so I can chill out a bit. Ill have another good look later as well. But Ive read preds are a good preventatice as well.

Man its stressful lol, the wife is taking the kids out for 20 minutes soon so Im gonna have another thorough check and see if I can confirm them. If it is Ill order the pred today. Not losing what little crop I will end up with to the fuckers

Hope you dont have any Gaz, I can't see any evidence on your pics
They usually start reproduction at the base of the fans leaves and you will see webbing across base of the leaf fingers
Adults are 0.5mm so are in fact very visible to the human eye, at least when they are moving.
Just stare at any blemish and see if it moves
