    Default DIY wardrobe assistance

    Sup tokers,

So the condition i can grow is determine by the missus and how stealthy it is. I promised her you wouldnt know but my first grow i stuffed a modified 60x60 tent into a wardrobe with an RVK 4inch sileo. With the ducting attached reminded me Cthulhu. Discrete it was not, quiet is was not Haha so to keep me out of the dog house i plan to upgrade the wardrobe

Can anyone see any problems with this?
Plan to build a wooden frame which will fit tightly in the wardrobe and make some sort of doors for the front with discrete venting. There will be a raised floor with holes for the venting to pull in fresh air.

Rough sketch is what im aiming for. But concerned about fresh air but as the space is so small maybe the ducting isnt needed?
Current grow: Cindy jocks & Royal Dwaft

Don't think ducting is necessary with this build. Where will the cupboard be situated? Just put in a couple of pc fans for your intake and outake. I suppose it depends on what kind of light you're using

The cupboard is the other side of the room from the window. Like 10 feet. I had the venting connected to the airbrick but that meant ducting running along the skirting board and up the wall. I drew the venting in the photo, pink for passive, green for out

Running a 100watt LED so very little heat. Had 4 plants in 50x60 which im not very eager to repeat so 2-3 in 75x50

Edit: the fan and cf has to be reliable. There can be no smell

What kind of height have you got mate? You might want to try not to take so much space off the top and bottom if possible - could you just use holes in the back of the unit at the bottom for air? A couple of carefully placed airflow fans inside will help keep it all moving.

Could you maybe keep the fan inside the case with some sound dampening and push air into a filter behind/on top - that might keep noise down?

I agree with thelastrebel, get a filter fitted in the top section, you could squeeze your extraction fan in there also. That's the only way you're going to hide smell. Also, you want it air tight. Bit of negative air pressure
