It's a small statured plant, for sure, but this is early flower....it's got weeks to go. Surely it's too early to tell, innit?
How long has it been flowering for, man?
(And you need more light ;-) )

Like hotshot said. Many strains do not produce colas. Just buds. I have a strain that only produces medium sized rock hard buds. No colas and nothing obese. Still the final weight is always shockingly high due to the bud density.
thats for all the input guys, they are blue cheese autos (big buddha) and should no way be that small the pots look small in the pics but of a descent enough size for autos, ive seen autos in solo cups get bigger than mine, and one of them i chopped down because it finished budding and all hairs were turning brown/orange. and it was still just as small, i also have a photo period that has turned out the same nothing but popcorn buds,
so ive gone with a lighting issue, ive replaced the 600w led with a 600w hps, which is gonna kill my electricity bill a little more than an led but if it saves some of my plants then its worth it lol,
ive also set up a vegging area now with the led so it doesnt go completely to waste

Quick update. I have switched my 600w led for a 600w hps and so far it is looking promising I'm seeing a lot of increased activity and my next batch (royal cookies) are already 3 times bigger than the blue cheese and my blueberry though a bit to far gone to fully save has some buds vastly increasing in size
